Whether it’s a cleaner, a gardener or a handyman you’re after, all you have to do next is decide on which DabHand you want. Because local is better, your options will be selected for you based on where you need them to be and how soon.

Currently bookings can not be amended.

You can cancel booking at any time before job starts. However, if job is due to start in 24h, you will be charge a deposit equal to one hour (1h) booking.

If you book in for a single visit, you will need to be home to let your housekeeper in, but you can ask them to shut the door behind them when they leave, or lock the door and post the keys back through your letterbox if needed.
Yes, you do need to be home to let the DabHand in and show them areas where you want work to be done.

To make a booking you need to enter valid card details.
There is no charge at the time of booking. Payment is captured 48h before the job start.
To make payment you need to have valid credit or debit card and sufficient funds in your account.
If the job is canceled 48h before job start time, refund will be made to the card that the payment was made from.
If you think your charge is incorrect please contact our support and they will review your booking.
You can pay for your services using debit or credit card.
Deposit is taken upon short notice cancellation to compensate service providers.
After job is complete we encourage all customers to leave their feedback and evaluate DabHands work. You can do it in a Complete jobs section on your dashboard.
All services are rounded to 1 hour booking intervals.

In the unfortunate event that a DabHand does not show up, please send a chat message to the DabHand and try to reschedule for a new date. Also, please contact us to amend or cancel your booking.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your booking, please contact us within 48 hours of your booking taking place. Your payment will be placed on-hold till this is resolved.
What is included in a basic cleaning?

For each room basic cleaning includes:

- dust all accessible areas
- wiping of surfaces and work spaces
- waste removal

- cleaning of stove (outside)
- cleaning of work spaces
- dust of kitchen appliances (coffee maker etc.)
- cleaning of the sink

- cleaning of washbasin
- toilet cleaning

- making of beds (no changing of sheets and bedding)
- dust of electrical appliances (TV etc.)

Living room & other rooms:
- dust of upholstery and other seating furniture
- dust of electrical appliances (TV etc.)

All areas include:
- hoovering
- washing floors
All DabHand services are priced hourly. Each service has a minimum required hours set by default that we think will be needed for a DabHand to do a minimum job. You need to select a number of hours that you want DabHand to spend on your job to complete it.
If your booked hours are not enough to complete your job, you will be advised in advance by a DabHand and extra cost will be added to your job.
Hourly cost includes the time that skilled DabHand will spend performing requested task. If any specific materials (such as paint, soil, wood ect) are required additional cost will be added.
Yes, you can ask your DabHand to stay longer or come back the next day to complete your job. In that case you or DabHand will need to use "Add Cost" option to add additional cost to the job.
For an additional cost of 5€ DabHand will bring basic cleaning supplies such as: surface sprays, bleach, dusting cloths ect.

For any extra services or special cleaning requirements, for example: oven or wall cleaning, special cleaning products must be provided or can be supplied by DabHand for an additional cost.

Please note: basic cleaning supplies that are brought over by DabHand's to complete cleaning job to your satisfaction, will be not left at the premises and will be taken by DabHands when they leave.
